Didn't sleep well last night. Ended up having weird dreams.

This is a daily post for “casual” conversation. If you want to post or talk about something non autism related this is where to do it. About sleep: I noticed that I only get a measurable effect from melatonin with very high dosage of 4.5mg. But I slept really well the past 5 days which is a drastic change from the previous weeks.
