I drive a big four door truck for work. Most of my colleagues will just fill the back up with tools and stuff. I however keep mine clean and organized. This way I can use the backseat as an office vs trying to use a computer with a steering wheel in my way. Recently my boss let me tint the windows for security in case I keep anything back there. Now I have my very own mobile privacy box! I even got a sun shade for the windshield for complete privacy.

This is a daily post for “casual” conversation. If you want to post or talk about something non autism related this is where to do it. For example if you want to info dump about your special interest but it doesn’t fall into “autism related” then you can post it here in the comments. All other rules are still active, be respectful to each other.

That sounds like a tinkerer's dream! Do you have any advice for keeping your assortment of tools organized?

I have a couple of "everything" boxes of screwdrivers, wrenches (allens, hexes, etc..) along with an assortment of nails, bits, and plastic pieces that could but used for something.

Not to mention the orphans to ADHD-lost parent devices that still have yet to be unearthed in other half-finished project boxes.

Happy Friday!

I have a trunk organizer in my bed so everything stays nice and neat and near the tailgate. I always make a point of putting everything back where it goes. All it takes is to let yourself put something where it doesn't belong and next thing you know, you have a mess.
