So they have to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 70 pounds occasionally? Or hand-load/unload 53-foot UPS trailers? Or drive busted, old, poorly maintained forklifts? Because I don't think they know what actually happens in a warehouse. And that's just normal warehouse, not even Amazon ones.
It's no coincidence that every friend I knew that worked for Amazon as a dev or related job has left. This started a few years ago and has clearly gotten worse.
I am always amazed anyone takes a job as a coder at amazon. But their search results show it isn't our best or brightest.
