Calibre can do this! If you go to 'Edit metadata' there's a button to download a cover. There are also plugins that expand the search, so you can include Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Amazon etc.
In the past I've just looked up the book on Amazon and right click>open image in new tab>save. Tedious but I found most of the covers are great quality.

Alternatively, use a SearXNG instance to aggregate image search from all the engines
This is the best and easiest way. And when I do my covers for books I write, I make sure they are high-res just so people can do this.
