I'd like it if they chose an entirely new voice actor nothing like Ms Hayden and do one scene where Milhouse's voice cracks and the new actor takes over.
Like in Rick and Morty and Solar Opposites.
Solar Opposites had the benefit of just saying "This is my new voice, it's wildly different, accept it, we're aliens."
That's harder to do with the voice of a 10 year old boy.
Macleod's debut will see Milhouse in a minimized role, as the character only has one line in the episode — and will appear in a scene where he, Bart, and Lisa are all adults, so all of their voices will probably sound a little different from their usual adolescent selves.
Not a bad way to roll the voice actors.

- Post a screenshot from an episode of the Simpsons. Frinkiac being a popular source.
- If posting a GIF the file size should be less than 1MB, otherwise it may not be animated.
- Easy, a screenshot any who's seen the Simpsons would get.
- Medium, a screenshot that would take a moment for most people to get.
- Hard, a screenshot that someone only gets after you explain it to them.
- Genius at Work, a screenshot that makes someone go, "Yeah, that's from The Simpsons, the one where the family does the funny thing".
These "Rules" aren't real, so if you think of something clever, do that instead.
