Yeah, sadly. Even an ordinary kitchen knife can be used in mass stabbing attack to kill and wound large numbers of people.
Yeah, if you max out your stealth and bonus attacks, you can increase DPR a lot. Almost as good as stealth archer.
It was 9 years ago in 2016, that a man killed a bunch of people in Nice, France using a truck. In 2018, a man in Toronto killed 10 pedestrians with a car.
Not exactly a new idea. There is even a Wikipedia article . Far more than I had thought, or wanted to believe.
If people can't play nicely, their toys ought to be taken away.
Well if we're weaponsmaxxing, we need more hard data on which vehicles are the deadliest so there's less chance of ruining people's lives by only maiming them.
I know what you're thinking, but the deadliest ones may not be the heaviest because grille/profile design will have some impact on the final rankings.
