It’s my imperfect understanding from this.
“The EDR allowed international citizens permanently residing in Australia to transfer their overseas licence to an Aussie one without sitting further exams. However, this will end in most states and territories across Australia on Wednesday.”
I can change it but honestly the finer points of what they’re saying are confusing to me.
I just threw this out there so any affected people can know.
