Agreed. Super Saiyan was cool, but as a racial ability it always seemed limited and there weren't really any downsides once it was mastered. Kaio-ken just required an extremely strong control of one's Ki, not being a specific race and it had clear disadvantages as well. Even after being mastered it took a toll on the user.

Being ultra powerful is cool, but only so far then it just gets kind of dumb.

Agreed though I'd argue Super Saiyan was necessary to reach the climax of the entire series - the defeat of Frieza by achieving a uniquely Saiyan form, a race that he had sought to make extinct.

Has Carney said anything about this? I hope he does, but I don't see why he would. He's still got all the people around him who didn't deliver it last time.

The only way we will ever get any kind of voting reform will be through a forced referendum, if there even is such a thing.

The vast majority of countries that got electoral reform did it through party compromise not referendums.
