As an outside USA person: these protests are appalling in numbers, frequency and visibility here on Lemmy.
This entire crowd exists solely on Reddit. Fight the oligarchy means also to fuck spez. How is the education going so slowly on this? Not to mention a couple dozen left wing commentators using the swastica platform on the daily still. As if it’s the only way to gather information.
And then there is the lack of coordination on messaging. 50501… they really could have hired some French consultants at least. This is amateur hour and won’t make a dent in anything.
You have to boycott, strike and blockade. Voting and just protesting didn’t work, that’s why we’re in this mess.
Thanks for protesting but the world needs so much more of you right now. Hopefully Mayday will be much harder to ignore.
