Even for the non-citizens, deportation means they have gone through immigration court. These non citizens are not getting to go through court

Please also replace decimate with devastate. Folks seem to have issues with that as well
Totally get you on that one. Fortunately, usually when someone misuses one of those it's easy to figure out what they meant.
That being said, constantly using the word deport for illegally disappearing a citizen is far more egregious of a failure than mistaking decimate with devastate.
