Okay, I'll bite. From my initial read of it, it seems like this prop would make our primaries a confusing mess. Thusly, I wasn't planning on voting for it. However, if I'm mistaken, I'd like to hear how it is actually beneficial. .

Ironic that this was put into place by republicans with the thought that it would make it easier for old people to vote.

Probably due to the heat. Decline when it's super hot, surge when it cools down.
