This'll never pass the senate, the GOP won't get the 7 flips required to break a filibuster, but if it does, they'll get absolutely destroyed in the midterms as the DNC will run on how the GOP wants to make it harder for married women to vote.
The government already knows who is a citizen, this is another reason to throw out legit votes and steal elections.
