I'm thinking of using a med to treat C-PTSD.

I have daily traumatic flashbacks.

How do I get rid of this?

I also have CPTSD. One of the most helpful things I read about it, was a book called The Body Keeps The Score, by Bessel van der Kolk. Start there.

He is part of the Trauma Research Foundation, which is also an excellent resource..

Gotcha. I'll check that book out. I was recommended it by a good comrade once in Virginia.

It's really, really good. Helped me a lot, and taught me to be kinder to myself.

I know, but I just need some sort of anti-trauma pill that can help treat trauma because I'm having daily traumatic flashbacks.

Anti trauma pills don't really exist, but there are meds that can help manage it. There's nothing that makes it go away unfortunately.

See a doctor ASAP, and the book will help you alongside some medication.

I already take medication, but thank you.

I will have to take anti-trauma medication though, which I'm not taking.
