lots of stuff today: finished my friends Banana bread, had some artichokes & chicken & dumplings soup, then beer & wings for dinner!
A platter - cheese, kabana, pickled onion, dry biscuits, pickles, olives and fruit.
Chucked a lamb shoulder in the slow cooker with rosemary and garlic and left it going until the bone pulled it.
About to smash that down with some mashed potatoes and home grown beans!
Wonderful!
I ate too much!
I'm still jealous.
The wine is helping it digest!
