Butterflied chicken, roast veg and a four pack of my local brew!

Was a lovely 15° afternoon walk down the hill about 4:30pm and a not so pleasant 6° on walk back! Chucked the kids in a warm bath while I warm myself with a scotch!
Walking home past the local corner store and we couldn't resist the alluring smell of the deep fryer...
