I think it is Doug Dimmadagger, owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadone! And here I was thinking it was Doug Dimmadirk, owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome!

I can see the confusion but Doug Dimmadirk is the owner of Dimmsdale DimmaknifEmporium at the Dimmsdale Dimmapoint Mall.
