Doctor k definition knows what he's talking about but his treatment methoss are outright bs. His advice is pretty good tho.

It's fascinating how someone could be so knowledgeable and smart while also being dumb.

His spirituality and pseudoscience bs like Ayurveda and past lives. He does disclaim when he talks about these topics but it reduces his merit in my opinion. He should be like the decent standard you can compare your local psych to.
