Saw this tower at a flea market and I'm wondering what's installed above the 5.25" floppy drive. Does anyone know?

Hard drive most likely, I had one similar to this, the front bezel was just for venting.

It's a 5.25" HDD. That's what they looked like.

That's what I was thinking. Could be that or a tray for an internal ATA drive.

It's a 5.25" slot cover, duh! You've got three of them.

(Plus a hard drive with a vent, a 3.5-to-5.25" floppy adapter/bay drive, and a 5.25" floppy drive)

Looks like a hard drive to me. All my hard drives used to look like that except with a black faceplate.
