Strawberry milk isn’t that bad, at least there is some protein intake there.
Especially with Fairlife milk which has more protein/less sugar per ounce, although the strawberry powder has sugar of course.
"fair life" is such a disgustingly insidious name for a dairy company.
Well it a Coca-Cola brand so the name is probably the least insidious thing about it
Unless they cheaped out and went with artificial sweeteners.
Those brotein drinks are literally the same thing so you’re doing fine.
