That shirt does indeed, go hard.

You’ll get arrested for wearing this in public but not denying health insurance claim to 900.000 people

This is too victim complex-y. You can wear tee shirts supporting violence, nobody is going to arrest you.

In the US? I don't think this shirt would violate any law or get you arrested. There was that guy with the "I eat ass" bumper sticker that got arrested for profanity but the state attorney dropped it because it probably is protected free speech.

By "arrested" they actually mean, "have the shit beat out of you by cops"

[-] [email protected] 35 points 7 months ago

guys no cop is going to fuck with you for a t-shirt like this. Ive hung out in the punk scene for decades and people wear clothing with very, very explicit anarchist and anti cop etc language and no cops are stopping people for fuckin t-shirts.

[-] [email protected] 11 points 7 months ago

Yeah. The cops that fuck with you were gonna fuck with you anyway

Despite initial reporting that the words were "deny," "defend," and "depose," police clarified the following day that it was "delay" and not "defend" written on one of the casings.

[-] [email protected] 17 points 7 months ago

I think it just means that there is a missing bullet (maybe never fired).

Obviously a reference to Delay, Deny, Defend, a common practice of insurance companies to maximize profit. The excerise is left to the reader to decide what "Depose" means.

"Three fired cartridge cases alongside three unfired cartridges were found at the scene. The words "delay", "deny", and "depose" were written on the cases. "Depose" was inscribed on a casing from a round fired into Thompson, while "delay" was marked on an unfired cartridge ejected as the shooter racked the pistol, possibly to clear a jam or intentionally discard the live round."

Wasn't "delay" instead of "defend"? Been finding both versions all the time.

The shadow looks like it's supposed to resemble something, but I guess it's just oddly drawn.

[-] [email protected] 46 points 7 months ago
