Do you hold or trade Monero or just use the coin with his direct purpose, for anonymous transactions?

Mostly holding with occasional spending on services that do accept it

I might hold it and I might use it on a pretty frequent basis to buy things like hand soap and AA batteries.

Neither, i don't own cryptocurrencies yet. If i do, i'll use bitcoin for trading and monero as digital cash.
