Found it on a local market place site, the seller said it's a Lenovo T14 Gen4

Genuine Intel 0000 means it's an engineering sample. I would guess this is some sort of preproduction/production sample Thinkpad with that in mind.

Does dxdiag.exe show anything different? Also it might be worth trying installing Lenovo vantage from the ms store which should have additional info like warranty.

Apparently Lenovo does the XXXX model number on their engineering samples

If you're asking for more information on it, using an app like CPU-Z would probably yield the most precise hardware info.

According to the psref if it has 20 cores then it's the Core i7-1370P which is the top end CPU.
