If they have it I reccomend everyone try bakcang/zongzi/glutinous rice/lotus rice (food in leaves and sticky rice are always delicious)

Around here, the Amerikkkanized Chinese food places use "happy family" to refer to a mix of basically everything they have in the kitchen in a brown sauce. The specific ingredients vary by place, but it's usually

meatat least beef, chicken, and shrimp, with slightly nicer places adding pork and/or scallops, maybe some imitation crab

with whatever veggies they have lying around. Carrots, bok choy, broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber, green beans, anything.
