I still watch the extended edition DVDs. Now that I am aware of the problems with the more recent releases of the trilogy, I’m going to continue to hold onto these for as long as I can.

I thought the most recent 4K UHD releases fixed a lot of the color issues.
I have the recent release and it's great.
The colours are good, it's HDR, has good surround sound support.
It looks and sounds fantastic.
Hasn’t it already? I have a 4k, HDR set of the trilogy.
