Article says 8 state parks, so while outrage is due, the headline is a bit misleading. I wonder how many state parks they have and whether that’s a large percentage.
The crime here we really should be outraged about is the description of one as “the only undeveloped land along the coast”. Yeah, it’s all a money grab trying to fleece the tourist. But you’re not just taking park land but the only undeveloped land on whichever coast.

I really wish Dems here in FL could get a better foothold because people here worship this bootleg Trump and now they suffer from their own choices for the 100th time.
It really does seem like Florida has seen a significant influx of "southerners" since COVID. Hard to believe it was a purple state not long ago (Gillum within 0.5% of Ron). I feel for the tens of millions of reasonably intelligent, non-poisoned voting people there (similar to Texas).
It's much less sinister than it sounds. He's just planning a new Mar-a-Lago for Trump when his prized caddyshack gets seized by the NYAG.
