Shogun big box and for the smallest probably paku paku
Kingdom Death: Monster may be my biggest if we're counting the volume of both the game box and the miniatures box. If not Twilight Imperium is big but I think the big Galaxy Trucker-and-expansion in one box is taller and might be bigger overall.
Smallest for me is probably Codenames. Unless Set counts.
Wait.. does French edition Root have bigger box?!
I think so ! Mostly because it doesn't just pack the base game, all the extra has to go somewhere 😁

It definitely looks different and bigger. Jealous! I have to use 3 boxes to fit everything XD
Haha yeah, I still had to buy new boxes for the Underworld and Partisans expansions, but at least it only three of those !
Biggest by weight is probably wingspan with 2 expansions in the original box.
Smallest is maybe Saboteur.

My biggest box is Sonic Battle Racers because I got additions from a bajillion stretch goals met on the mid-range kickstarter tier. Box Size comparison with a Mega Drive From Reddit
My smallest is probably a travel size cribbage board, if that counts.
Biggest is Fractal: Beyond The Void, smallest is Bohnanza.
I avoid giant boxes of minis so my biggest is A Feast for Odin. With the expansion it's a pretty full box and I love every bit of it.
Smallest is probably Squire for Hire or Dragons of Etchinstone. Small deck games like the Buttonshy ones but in more compact folding envelopes. I also have a few Pack O Game games: DIG, ORC, BUS, maybe those are smaller by volume.
Biggest one is Last Night on Earth 10 Year Anniversary Edition, and smallest is One Deck Dungeon.
