Tryjng to create a character

I try to build a Brooklyn 99 character,
I think i will try an go for Rosa Diaz

As class i will go for a fighter/warlock multiclass..any tipps for subclasses?

That's not really a class. That's just a roleplaying clue. You could play any class like Rosa Diaz. It's not like she has any of the characteristics of a D&D character in the show. Maybe an investigator rogue since they are kinda cop-flavoured, but really she is just a personality template.

For example, I currently have a player in my PF2e game playing a Ranger inspired by Boyle from B99. What does Boyle have to do with Ranger? Nothing. But it's a fun roleplaying template to slap on a character.

Just off the top of my head, Echo Knight and Pact of the Blade might be fun together.

Shit I didn't consider Rosa at all.

Pact of the chain, over protective of your familiar. patron is ancestral in nature because she's close but reluctant to talk about her family. Possibly hellfire variant tiefling so you can get hellish rebuke (comebacks are fire). For fighter subclasses I would go battle master menacing, grappling and knocking people down feels appropriate.
