Was reading up on Indian history lately and stumbled on this sculpture from over 2,000 years ago. Apparently scholars believe this is a depiction of Durga. To quote wikipedia, "Durga is believed to unleash her divine wrath against the wicked for the liberation of the oppressed, and entails destruction to empower creation." Our dialectical queen. Also, "Durga" roughly translates to "Invincible."

don't try to tell me that depiction is in any way more positive that the usual stuff we got from the greeks, where i will concede, belly fat is their kyptonite, but all the other proportions don't look like they come from a korean MMO
