you could salt all those bike lanes alone just by rolling this doofus down the street
you could but local shit politics won't allocate the resources for clearing bike paths at 5cm of snow
To be fair, the entire road-system is basically surface parking.
Bikes ~~don't run~~ runs a little slower in snow, especially after it has been cleared.
the most snow LA has ever gotten is two inches in January 1932. second place is 0.3 inches.
