These fake cop security guys are always so funny. They get so mad at being told they've done something wrong and they always act like when they call it in, their boss is going to tell them, "Okay. Now you need to get him on his knees and execute him."
The reality is that the job duty is always to retreat and call it in. You're never ever supposed to shoot back.
