I'm not sure whether to delete this or not because on the one hand they followed every rule (tagged NSFW, added content warnings) but on the onther hand its just porn

I don’t know if this is implemented yet, but is there any way you could tag something like this as NSFW so that it doesn’t just pop up unblurred in my main feed?
[edit] or is it marked NSFW but it shows up anyway because of some settings I have in kbin? I’m new here and not really sure yet which part does what in terms of federation.
