There is one user from another instance that I have Blocked, but their comments still show up in posts. I have tried unblocking and blocking them again, and their posts are hidden on their profile when blocked. Examples below are seeing their comment, clicking on their name, and seeing that they are already blocked. This is the only user where this is the case, and I've blocked their name and instance (not lemmy.world) but can provide it on request.
AI including ChatGPT is being marketed as super awesome at everything, which is why that and similar AI is being forced into absolutely everything and being sold as a replacement for people.
Something marketed as AGI should be treated as AGI when proving it isn't AGI.
This is misleading. The top picture is bright and sunny and the lower one is gray and dreary. Notice the tree in the background on the left without any leaves?
That is because the top picture was taken in the summer and the lower one in the winter when it is cold and the animals have been moved indoors to keep them warm. They will be back in the spring.

While the company stops short of directly saying as much, it sure feels like the preposterously long ads we’re seeing here are an example of one tool in Google’s arsenal for effectively disabling YouTube playback for violators of the site’s ToS.
That makes no sense at all. It isn't like skipping ads results in a black screen for the length of the ad.
People with adblockers aren't going to see hour long ads or black screens when they don't see ads in the first place.
