[Non comic] Increase of bot accounts

There's an increase of bot (I suppose) accounts who post a single or a few comics and delete their account.
One of the issue is that they're often divisive posts ("men bad", "women bad", "old bad", "young bad", ...) like they're trying to stir up some shit (is "9gag-isation" a word ?)
I'm not sure a simple rule to prevent new account (less than X days) from posting would suffice but I have no other idea.
How could this community deal with this phenomenon ?
PS : I'm not a mod btw, but I didn't see any rule about discussing the moderation, and I've seen other comments about this
Edit: they made a "tatann_2" account to post a few comics so it's obviously a troll
Edit 2: and now I'm getting downvotes on my posts/comments, even old ones, at least I've pissed off the troll

MaryDeath is a comic about life, death, and everything in between. The story follows a young girl named Mary who happens to have befriended Death. Why Death has chosen to take interest in Mary remains a mystery, but despite his ever dark presence Mary finds comfort in his companionship.

MaryDeath Comics was created in the 2010s by Gwen Tarpley, but Cats Cafe comics is her main effort now.
Edit notes
- The artist made the MaryDeath series under her deadname before she transitioned; I contacted her how to handle it and she said it was OK to update the name.
- I also changed it from a 1x3 horizontal to a 3x1 vertical, which looks a lot better on a cell phone.
- In the original comic strips, Mary tries dyeing her hair and wearing darker clothes for a bit before reverting back to her original look. In the edit, I have Mary keep a modified darker look.
