There's no reason to expect symmetry in gender dysphoria experienced by AMAB and AFAB bodies. There are no strong evolutionary pressures creating that symmetry. I've seen surveys in the U.S. reporting ratios upward of 6:1 transgender women to transgender men.

Also, pro tip: if you're a dork like me who sticks their hands in their pockets and accidentally unlocks their phone with the fingerprint scanner, remove your non-dominant hand's fingerprints and always put your phone in that same hand's pocket.
