god I needed this today, thank you, literally tearing up right now

The word is coup. An unelected centa-billionare is re-shaping the federal government to suit his whims. No amount of Executive Orders actually allow this. The Supreme Court has been clear that the only means we have to stop this is impeachment which no one sees as a option because the Republican Party has been captured by the same special interests that led to this.

This is an underrated story I think. Elon Musk literally purchased the opportunity to fire the person primarily responsible for regulating Space X which is intimately tied to his other business Starlink. This is exactly why billionaires are dangerous, why allowing unlimited political spending by private parties is dangerous, and showcases the utterly broken state of our current regulation arm. Fuck Fascist Elon Musk and all the people who enabled him to do this.

I feel like I need to say that if this was your experience you had a really shit therapist and deserve better. I've felt like this with a therapist before and it's terrible. It's ok to drop a therapist over this and try a different one.

I am a little biased because I've been using Debian professionally for many years now but we don't deserve Debian. It is fantastically stable and reliable and makes an excellent platform for running your services off of. If you are at all interested in offering some time and energy to the open source community, consider adopting a Debian package!

Wish that this somehow translated to the people in charge of the shitshow being replaced, but I'm pretty sure it's the workers who will suffer instead. This failure is 1000% on an executive culture of "cut corners so line goes up", not the thousands of people who actually build the darn things.
