That makes sense since plants are less calorie dense than animal products. So when people switch to a plant based diet, they can eat more food than before and still lose weight. I lost 3kg recently without calorie tracking just by sticking to my plant based diet chickpea

Looking forward to your posts! I think it's important to share even when it's not going well. We all have L's so we can help each other if we share them.

If you want to read more and you're interested in losing weight, you can feed two birds with one scone by reading How Not to Diet. It's a rigorously researched evidence-based book on healthy nutrition and weight loss. I finished reading it this year and it's a banger!

It looks good but every part of the city looks identical. I understand that cyberpunk as a genre is a critique of capitalism and the city is supposed to be a claustrophobic hellscape. But this doesn't make for very rewarding exploration in a videogame. At least in my experience so far.

I recently played The Ascent which is another cyberpunk game, they handled this much better. Every part of the city is visually distinct and has its own personality.

But I'm gonna continue playing Cyberpunk, I still feel like I have just scratched the surface, maybe I will change my mind.

I'm still grinding through Cyberpunk out of sheer sunk cost fallacy. I'm currently 14 hours in.

It's not a good open world game since the open world is not very engaging. It's not a good RPG game since most of the choices don't feel meaningful. It's not a good FPS game since the enemies are bullet sponges.

They should have called this game Yapping Simulator 2077. And the yapping isn't even that good jerma-unhinged

Poster caption“The Red Army is bringing liberation to the oppressed of the whole world”.

This poster was issued in 1919 and it contains two emblems of the Soviet Union in use during that period.

The emblem of the hammer and plow (visible in the small red star at lower right) is the earliest Soviet emblem. It was first used in April 1918 as a badge for the Red Army. The hammer and sickle (visible on the flag) was officially recognized in July 1918 when the Congress of Soviets approved it as the state seal.

Not seen on this poster is the crest of the Soviet Union (a hammer and sickle, globe and two shafts of wheat with banners of the Soviet republics). The crest was approved in 1923.

We are so lucky that the rise of fascism happened in the 30s and 40s when people were willing to sacrifice their lives to stop it. If it happened today, people would be like "this is so epic wholesome bacon! take my upvotes!!" libbing-out

This is not very important news but the latest conspiracy theory is people taking videos of the fog and claiming that the government is spraying them with a virus. The problem is that you can't even laugh at dumbass conspiracy freaks since it wouldn't be the first time that the USA government did a secret biological warfare experiment where it sprayed bacteria on its own population. You can't make up any conspiracy theory that's more horrible than something that the USA government has already done and admitted to.

Two airplanes crashed into the World Trade Center? Wow. I didn't know that, you're telling me for the first time. They led an amazing life. What else can you say? They were amazing buildings which led an amazing life. I'm actually sad to hear that. Thank you very much.

The plot of the Mad Max video game is that you're just trying to reach a place called the Plains of Silence. You're not trying to save the world or anything, you're just a dude trying to run away from his feelings. 10/10 extremely relatable
