This little remark cracked me up

The identity of the Gnosia this loop is quite obvious from the beginning.

The moment SQ received only 2 of the 3 votes she was supposed to get in the first round of voting (1 from Yuri, 1 from Setsu, 1 from Jina), it's clear that something was up.

We know that they cannot pick themselves during the voting phase (based on the voting UI), so Setsu couldn't have possibly picked themself. Which means that Jina must have voted for Setsu despite claiming to vote for SQ.

That was the first alarm bell.

The second was when Setsu went into cold sleep and the Gnosia-detector still got triggered. I would have immediately realised something was up. That was a big L on Yuri's part.

The last big clue Yuri got was from Racio; they should have realised Gnosia assumed a different identity by then. I facepalmed so hard when Yuri picked SQ again - despite all the in-your-face signs!
