Hi everybody! Here comes another weekly general thread! A metaphorical dumping ground for all your questions, comments, musings, ponderings, quandries, dilemmas, issues, hangups, or thoughts pertaining to anime! Of course the list is non-inclusive. A couple example posts could be:

Any news on a season 2 for Inukai-san's Dog? Looking forward to it!
Wouldn't it make more sense if VRMMO-based anime were fully 3DCG? The games would be computer graphics after all...
I was on the treadmill at the gym the other day testing things out and holding my arms back like they do in Naruto didn't help my pace at all. Does anybody else have experience with this?

I don't have too much time to craft my usual tome of a comment this week, so I will keep it short. Quick hot-takes on a couple shows I watched during the past week:

Eminence in Shadow: Return to form after fanservice break
Frieren: BRB, dead after getting hit by Frieren's flirting
100GF: Next episode is gonna be wild for anime-onlies
Zombie Land Saga Season 2: Yep, still good. Hasn't lost a step from season 1

Also, I just wanted to call out that it has now been ~1 month since @[email protected] appointed some random internet person making a weekly discussion post as a moderator to this community. Since then, we have quickly become much, much more active. I am super happy to see new users making posts and, even moreso, showing up in comments sections each week.

I've seen your efforts in the .ml counterparts so I wouldn't say you're "some random internet person". I really appreciate the effort and time you put into making this place as it is now. And I am surprised as well by how quick this community has grown. I enjoy reading a lot of the discussions put out here!

I just checked and with only 300+ subscribers, !anime has 180 active users, making it the most active local community and the highest activity-to-subscriber ratio. That's good progress.
