You can use these sites and use a video downloader extension?
Pelisplus has degraded in quality because so much hosting sites have taken down the content, and the ones remaining are recorded with cameras, at least that's been my experience.
It's much better to try to find a torrent searching for "[movie/series] español Latino", that usually gives good results.
I haven't been on there for ages, so good to know.
