As recently as June the Games were supposedly on track. A month later, the board was informed that they would be cancelled - just one hour before the public announcement was made. Some co-signatories were not notified at all.
I'm not really sure what you're getting at.
Everyone was informed, just not in a manner that made them feel respected.
What if they'd messed around for a month making sure everyone felt respected before announcing, world that have made it any better?
Instead they messed around for over a year and didn't make anyone feel respected lol
So you're saying they should've delayed the announcement some more to make sure committee lady felt respected ?
No, I never said nor implied this.
So announce without further delay then?

I'm asking you to consider deleting your post, if that's even possible.
Note that I'm not saying "you ought to delete the post", but asking you to consider what you feel is right, because I don't really know TBH.
