I don't think I've ever seen such clear examples of poverty pushing people to make 'bad health decisions'.

It's really dumb to ban vaping in India. But like the end of the article says, Indian government has a stake in the country's largest tobacco company...

Right. Banning vapes is dumb, banning vapes without banning tobacco is corrupt.
