Holy shit these rooms are fancy. Bloody hell I was expecting something like when I went to Sydney (old hotel with communal bathroom type situation) but nah I may as well be in crown at this point

Where are you staying? We had two nights at Millar Apartments on Hindley when we arrived last Tuesday, pretty fancy too. If you want some tourist recs both in and out of the city let me know :)

I'm staying at some place called the ridge or something. Super nice rooms, but it's on the outskirts of the city (not Adelaide as a whole, just the City area) and only accesible by buses. Also pretty shitty walking infrastructure out here, but our conference is at the showgrounds so it's just a 10 min walk

Yes please, I'd love some touristy reccos! Only thing is we don't have a car and are flying, so stuff outside Adelaide or even somewhere without a good bus connection isn't really doable. Also the conference is 9-4 everyday so daytime stuff probably isn't doable wither unfortunately
