I have been waiting for something like this. I was looking for critiques on their pyramid-imperialist theory and this surprisingly helped strengthen what I was able to find.
and I wanted to ask a question: did Stalin try to force Communists to back off within Turkey and Greece because of the Yalta Conference? Or is that a distortion of the reality? Both countries were affected deeply by Operation Gladio if I'm not mistaken
From what I know Zachariadis was pro-Stalin (hence he got purged later), although I have a more negative image of him compared to other communists (he purged EAM leader and Marxist-Leninist Velouchiotis as far as I know). But yeah, the USSR was reluctant in its support although it let communists in exile in after the Civil War's end. The countries which openly supported Greek communists were Albania and Yugoslavia.
