I hope this shit takes off and every state gets rid of parking minimums. Maybe in 30 years I'll be able to buy a decrepit studio with my life savings as a down payment.
I'm sorry to inform you that there's a parking lot next to the development and that in 30 years you'll live in a pod you don't own and be happy. Sorry
You'll never buy one, you'll just get IAR (Inflation Adjusted Rent) with a bi-monthly re-negotiation that defaults to the landlord unless you show up (it's at 8:45AM across town and you work 2 jobs).
