ah British summer time.. tour de France , Wimbledon and endless rain..😭

I wish I could ride as well.. But my issues isn't the rain I have done my back in😭😭

(and the weather wasn't anywhere as bad as the forecast! Could have cycled!)

Been almost 2 weeks off the bike but it's starting to show some small improvements. 🤞
