I thought about this as well, but don't know anything about CBD, which product or concentration do you use?

    Natural Hemp Life 5% and 10% oils. They're hemp oils with CBD in them. Both work fine for me. I might even prefer the 5% one. It makes me feel like going to bed would be nice.

    If you have trouble falling asleep I can also recommend GABA-supplements Thorne PhramaGABA-250 has been great for me. Bit more dicey though, perhaps. Somehow relates to the same things alcohol does.

    Let me know your experience if you try CBD!
