Hi! Not sure where you are at with your skills so just general tips.
I would focus on these things first. Scales > economy picking/alternate picking/ finger tapping > sweeping.
If you aren't already, try practicing with your metronome at a faster tempo over time. Start at 65 BPM and then increase in increments of 5 or 10 BPM
Find a song you would like to play and break the composition into smaller segments that you could grasp. It might not even be a full bar. Learn each segment until you can put it back together again.
got a couple of scales down. I will start looking into these techniques. thank you!
