Is that a water station/rest stop half way up?
No, but it doesn't take that long to climb. Plus there's tons of shops at the base and some at the top as well.
Hmm, seems about 30 flights so a rough guess of about 15 stories high? That's not too bad, assuming the thing doesn't collapse.
It's ~600 feet up...

The part in the picture? Those flights don't look excessive but maybe the scale is messing with me? Or maybe there's a lot more stairs further down?
