I know I've answered my preferences below as cold brew, but theoretically, if someone were to make their coffee Turkish style or generally like an Arab (Qahwa, as they call it)

    Why so, there's a lot of common coffee peddlers with this in Turkey and the Arab world, so it's not reserved merely for royalty?
