This? Federate emoji sizing #2063

Instances federated with others (mostly hexbear) are finding that custom emojis on federated instance aren't rendered at the same size as locally. This change embeds a 'emoji' string in the markdown title to signify that it is an image that is intended to be rendered the same size as a local custom emoji.

On jerboa, if you tap on an emoji to make it fullscreen, it stays magnified after you back out. Even after you leave the thread and come back, the emoji stays huge.

I'd show you a screenshot but I'm getting an "incorrect_login" error when I try to attach an image to this comment.
